Hilux is a calcium silicate Board made from silicate and Calcareous materials reinforced with fibers. |
| The sheets are made in a laminar process and then autoclaved to give a stable crystalline structure. the board is 100 % asbestos free. They are lightweight and non-combustible boards with high performance, durability and architectural flexibility, providing customers with exceptional value for money. The Hilux Calcium Silicate Boards offered by us are asbestos-free, incombustible rigid and are fabricated using thermal insulation materials that make it ideal to be used for applications in a wide variety of industries. Our Hilux Calcium Silicate Board are reinforced with a very small amount of cellulose fiber in order to increase mechanical strength and machinability. The boards exhibit good compressive strength and low thermal conductivity, making it ideal for backup insulation in kilns and kiln cars. Calcium Silicate boards can be CNC machined into intricate shapes, which makes for ideal use as insulating parts in analytical equipment. | |
